Booking terms

These terms govern pizza workshop bookings made through pizzaworkshops.knackandsnack.com. Operator: [Επωνυμία επιχείρησης / Legal entity name], Persefonis 7, Kerameikos, Athens, VAT [ΑΦΜ / VAT].

Booking

A request sent from the calendar or a form is not a booking. The booking is complete when we confirm availability and payment is received through the link we send.

Prices are per person, include VAT and everything listed on each workshop page. For private groups and corporate sessions the written proposal applies.

Payment

Public classes: paid in full online before the class. Private groups and corporate: a 30% deposit to hold the date, the balance on the day or by invoice.

Cancellations and changes

The cancellation policy applies: free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start.

Participation

Public classes are open from age 12 with an accompanying adult. The Pizza & Wine Evening is adults only. Participants follow the staff’s safety instructions around the oven.

Allergies and dietary needs are declared at booking. The kitchen uses wheat flour, dairy and nuts; we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact.

Photos

We take photos during the session for participants. If you do not want to appear in our posts, tell the instructor before the start.

Gift cards

Valid 12 months from purchase, not redeemable for cash, freely transferable.

Law

Greek law applies. Courts of Athens have jurisdiction. EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
