What we collect

This site has no database and does not store form contents. When you send a request, the message leaves from your own WhatsApp or email to us, with the details you chose to type (name, phone or email, date, headcount, notes).

To complete a booking, the payment provider processes your card details; we never see them.

Why

To answer your request, confirm the booking, tell you about changes and issue a receipt. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest.

How long

Booking messages are kept up to 12 months after the workshop. Receipts for as long as tax law requires.

Third parties

WhatsApp (Meta), our email provider, the payment provider and, only with your consent, Google Analytics. We do not sell data.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Write to info@knackandsnack.com. You can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
