Cancellation policy

We keep it simple: if you can’t make it, tell us in time.

Public classes

Cancel up to 48 hours before the start: full refund to the original payment method within 5 working days.

Cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice: the seat moves once to another available date within 6 months. No refund.

No-show: no refund or transfer.

Private groups and corporate

Cancel up to 7 days before: deposit refunded. Up to 72 hours before: deposit moves to a new date within 6 months. After that: deposit retained.

Headcount changes: free up to 72 hours before, with the proposal’s minimum still applying.

If we cancel

If a public class has fewer than 4 people or in case of force majeure, we notify you at least 24 hours before and offer a new date or a full refund.

How to cancel
